"It stared late 2008 when the economy began to decline and a number of my friends lost their jobs. There where so many people looking for work at the time, they wondered how they would get noticed. I was approached with “if you can help the big brands differentiate, then you can do it for us.” So I developed a process to help my friends to know their difference and it worked. Consultants got work and those looking for employment got jobs!
The know your difference™ program became a way for consultants, coaches, entrepreneurs or anyone building a personal brand to define their brand as the foundation for business growth. It is the culmination of my learnings from 20 years in the branding business, where I have observed that even for the biggest companies, the greatest challenge is differentiation."
